ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

 

In compliance with the provisions of article 18 of DL 144/2015 of September 8, our Users are informed that, in the event of a dispute, they may resort to an alternative dispute resolution entity.
The RAL entity covering the Institution's geographic area is the Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center - www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt.
